The Wavr diagnostics receiver is currently disabled.

It accepted opt-in, MAC-redacted reports from Wavr Cores. It had no authentication and no rate limit, which was an acceptable trade while the repository holding its URL was private. It was switched off before that repository was published, rather than left as an open write path.

Nothing depends on it: Wavr runs entirely locally and sends nothing by default.
